Ordered two derma cleansing machines. After about 3 weeks I received one 110 machine and one 220 that I could not use. I notified them right away. They LIE&they do NOT have any cutomer service department to handle claims. I asked to have the seller send me postage and I'd return the items OR they could replace the non-working 110 volt and the unusable 220 volt with working ones. I contact them from Sept through January... NOTHING... in fact LATE on 12/31 I got an e-mail telling me that I better furnish PROOF that I had paid and mailed the two items back BY 1/2 or they were washing their hands of it and giving my money to the seller... This was about 4PM on 12/31. I have tried repeatedly to contact them&THEY DONT CARE! And you are SCREWED! I am going to report them to ther FTC and ICC and see if that might help somebody else if not me.
