I have used this company for over 5 years to purchase additional accessories for my cell phones and iPods. I have recommended this company to many friends.
This order was the first where I received malfunctioning accessories. None of the chargers worked properly with my Android phones. The chargers caused the phone to act erratically. I became concerned that the chargers would cause damage to the phone. The extra phone battery and charger that I purchased did not work at all, even when I tried to charge the extra battery from within my phone. The screen protectors did not stick, and the clip on cover broke after 1 week.
I have contacted this company already requesting a refund, but they have denied my request because it was outside the 30 day refund period. But I did not actually use all the equipment for a couple of months because most of it was purchased for travel purposes.
