I puchased 2 computers from this company for my grand babies for christmas one didn't work and the other one I sent back because the grand baby didn't like the color.
The tranaction #s are 4940146068 and 4866868244 the invoce #s are 260359 and 260351 I returned them U.S. Postal service on 12/26 and they were retuned to the company on 12/28 2012 Showing a recieved entry on the scanner of 0030shnz44f
What I need you to do is please try to get them to refund my money, they act like they don't know what I, m talking about, I'm only trying to get the things that my Grand babies want and I don't want to stolen from.
Another thing that we are worried about is when we call the number that the company has listed is we get a very angry man that tells us he sold the company a long time ago his name is Joel Hanson and when we get E-mails from the company we get them from Nancy Moore Who is in charge of this comany? Can you find out for us who realy is in charge.
Also please let them know that I have already talked to several lawyers and they are already chomping at the bit to take this company to court about this. They all say that they can get my money back and get thier fees from the company and their travel expeses as well so it would well behove them to remit my refund as quickly as possible.
