I echo the problems that other women have had with the company - Natural Health Networks that provide these products. I was online checking out various things and this ad came up for PuraSilk and Bella Genix using a woman in Victoria who loved it. I read the advertising - saw the offer for the 14day trial for shipping charges - and agreed to sign up for it. All I can say is - READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS - which I did not do at the time! The product took about 7 days to get to the West Coast - as I work 5 days a week, it sat on the dining room table until the weekend. When I finally read the invoice I saw that they intended to charge my credit card with $89.95 for each item - 14 days after my order. Of course if you want to return it, you have to call back east and get this RMA #- so you wait on the phone. When you do eventually get someone - they do everything they can to dissuade you from returning the item - and then move on to try to sell you something else. DON'T GET TANGLED UP WITH THESE GUYS - it is unfortunate if the product is actually good! I'll say it again - read the fine print - if it sounds too good to be true - it usually is! When you return the product - make sure you have tracking on it - even if it costs you close to $20.
