My stove is three years old the oven was repaired within the first 11mo's of ownership. The same issue with the oven has occurred, I have tried contacting the company which they suggested I should use there refferal list of authorized repair companies. It is my feeling that my stove had some sort of defect. The same issue keeps occurring and the company doesn't want to be responsible for a faulty product sold. They should pay the cost of the repair of my stove as i don't know of any stoves that fail twice in the 1st few years of ownership.
