This was the date that the program I sent back returned to me with the following on the front of the mailer:
Return to sender due violation of postal false representation statute
It was one of those 'one-on-one' programs where you were supposed to send money to someone, then you mailed and others sent money to you. I did not see a single response to the postcards, nor did others I talked to.
