I searched and found that it is a stolen picture. He has been using a network of people from California and Ontario. I want them caught. He claims he is contracted out through Sail Corp.in CA. As well this Mr. Walker is claiming to be working for Global Finance in Ontario. I have had my bank accts accessed as well as my credit card.
