An unauthorized ACH debit eCheck was attempted from my business bank account. This is regarding a buyer from eBay requesting a chargeback on his credit card for an item he accepted over 5 months ago. The credit card company may give him his money back and use it as a loss for their yearly taxes, but I am not responsible, nor should PayPal try to collect from me for their own personal gain.
This is a scam. They are telling people there is nothing they can do, and then they proceeded to try to withdraw the money out of my account without permission. When I contacted them they stated that I had initiated the payment. Beware!!
