I have been a member for many years and I sure miss the old Pogo Customer Service. Since EA took the whole thing over and can't file any complaints, I am one of the people that won't renew my subscription. This is the worst site for any help I have ever seen. Not only that, but the payouts on most of the games have gone way down. Don't try the slots, they are worst than Vegas! Bye from a 12 year player, most of them in the Club!
