I joined the club so my wife could use it but she didn't like it so i tried canceling and they said i could not get anything done because they said the email address wasn't on file and i can't loggin to the acct: I miss placed my receipt and they say that i need info, before anything can be done. So i can't get signd into my acc: and they won't do anything to help.
