An Olympus Tough TG-1 camera was ordered online on Feb 2nd with guaranteed 1 or 2 day delivery to California. I needed the item by Feb 6th for a gift. I called the company on Feb 6th to just be sure the product would arrive that day and was told it would. It didn't. On the morning of Feb 7th I called the same number I called the day before and was told that they could not help me, but that ext 263 could. Three attempts to contact someone at x 263 failed (just a VM). No call back. I called back the main number and was treated very badly by the saleman only interested in getting to the next sales call and not at all interest in finding out why my product did not arrive.
