On 01/08 I took a questionaire about Fedex. Then they sent my necklace for $7.99. Order number: 129955

Then on 01/30 my bank statement had $98.00 taken out for what? I didn't order anything more or was even contacted by these people. I want my $98.00 reimbursed ASAP!
