I ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend on the 22nd to be delivered on the 23rd Jan. Their system messed up the order and placed it for the 30th.
I called to advise of the error within 30 mins and was told that somebody will get back to me.
On the 23rd I called back and their Customer Service Manager named Michelle called me back. She was very condescending and told me that if I want to cancel there will be a fee. I told her that I want to talk to her supervisor and she told me that she Reports to NOBODY and does NOT have a supervisor but reports directly to the board of directors.
