I was called and told I could lower my bills or interest with the help of Key One for a fee of 599.00, I told them no then they called back and lowered their price, I then said ok. They then charged my card and after 30 days when I did not hear from them I called them and tried to cancel, they got very rude and almost angry on the phone and told me that I could not cancel that I had to give them a chance. I have not heard from them since and tried to call again on 2/5, the number does not work and there is no way to get in touch with them to get my money back.
