The previous complaint doesn't surprise me - I may have avoided monetary damages as a result of having read that complaint...
Information and promises were inconsistent, misleading and even contradictory. When you're considering trusting a company you can't deal with in person with credit cards and remote access to a computer, the lack of confidence is a deal-breaker. Fortunately I backed off making a commitment, and will also be following up with officials in BC directly.
