March purchased an 2010 Chrysler Town and Country from Jim McKay Chevrolet. July 27 I found out that the rear evap. Needed to be replaced. The cost that Darcars Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Marlow Heights gave me to replace that was $941.77. I feel like I should not have to pay to get that repaired because I had only had the car approx. 4 months. When I called Jim McKay they said I didn't purchase a warranty for the vehicle, but had I known I would have purchased one. No one informed me that I should buy a warranty the car. If I do have to pay to get the air conditioner fixed I feel like I should only have to pay for half. I never even used the air conditioner until June less than a month later it went out.
I didn't even want the Town and Country I wanted the white Caravan but they (the salesman) insisted that I buy the Town and Country. Now I feel like they knew that the car air was not working properly. I even asked for a car fax and they denied me saying I had to get it on my own.
