The aide from Affordable Home Health care works (ed) caring for my elderly mother on Fridays through Mondays. She did not come to work last Friday and no one called me from Affordable. I called them twice and they didn't know anything about it. On my third call, they said she wasn't showing up. DUH! I asked if they planned to replace the aid who wasn't showing up for work. They said, "No." So, Friday came and there was no one to care for my mother, so I had to drop all plans and be there with her for 3 days and nights. Affordable made NO EFFORT to call me nor did they make any effort to find a replacement aid. They didn't tell me if she was quitting or just not showing up one time. Terrible service from an agency!!!
