I ordered a FREE sample from Levela and paid the 5.00 postage with my debit card. On Jan 9th 89.95 was debited from the same debit card by Levela. I contacted them and was told through an automated phone system that they had shipped their product to me. There was no option to talk to anyone, only automated choices. I was told that if I wanted my money refunded, I would have to send the product back to them at my own expense by Feb 2. I was given the address and a number to put on the package when I sent it back with the promise that they would refund my money. I never received anything from Levela, and have made 4 attempts to contact them by phone and email and they have never replied. They took money from me without my authorization and now it appears they will not refund it. I have today sent them a demand letter.
