I responded to an advertisement on the internet endorsed by Dr. Oz. The skin care product by Levela was promoted to be used in conjunction with AuraVie for a 30 Day Risk Free Trial. Both of these companies charged my credit card company on 12/01 (and again on (12/14). Levela's initial charge was $4.79. My credit card was again charged on 12/17 (posting date/transaction date of 12/14) for $89.95. I received another package from Levela on 1/05 and called to cancel any future unauthorized shipments. The number I used was LevelaUSA at (800) 260-8720. I received a confirmation number by an automated answering machine of #71198927161 and a confirmation e-mail (of this cancellation) from [email protected] with a Client Services address of [email protected] with a phone number of (877) 238-2124.
