I also received a W-2 from this supposed class action suit involving former WalMart employees. I recall some time back receiving a notification of the law suit stating no action was required on my part to be included in the law suit, unless Idid not want to be included. I took no action. I HAVE NOT received any compensation in regard to this law suit. If whomever represents Walmart in this suit is reporting to the IRS fraudulently, then THEY need to be criminally prosecuted. I will not include this amount on my tax return.
