I received a w2 from brown etc. I never received this money and i am expected to pay taxes on it. Why did i get this w-2 for 2012?

I did work for walmart for over ten years and i did not pursue any class action suit (the letter said i didn't have to). I didn't receive any money so why do i have to pay taxes. Give me the 13.91 or issue a correction to the irs.
