On Saturday 3rd November I purchased slimming tablets from Mizulean company on trial bases. On their website, It was clearly stated that if you are not happy with the product, it could be returned untouched and your money will be refunded.
Upon receiving the tablets, I realised that it is a fraud company and also because I am already using similar tablets (Orlistat), hence I was uncomfortable to take the tablets, I returned the goods untouched on the very day it arrived by recorded delivery, asking for my money (£7.46) to be returned.

All efforts made to contact them proved abortive, it was a fake contact phone on their website (customer Service - 00-800-5859-6061 (landlines, 0-800-404-8378 (cell and internet phones). Please note this phone is for a co-operative bank.

Due to the fact that my account details have been provided, I went to my bank Santander to stop the debit and close the account, to my surprised I was told that, it can not be done, that the payment will have to go ahead, since I provided them with my details.

This company went ahead to debt my account with £139.90 on the 21st November these made it a total of £147.36.

I continued to send letters and the below chain of e-mails with no joy.

Your help in tracking this fruadster down will be highly appreciated.

I write in regards to the above mentioned orders which had been subsequently returned to you by recorded delivery. The products had been confirmed successfully delivered to your company over a month ago.

I am yet to receive the refund. You also fraudulently debited my account on the 21st November despite being aware taht you will not dispatch any products.

You have pasted wrong contact number on your website to delude innocent customers, the number displayed on your website for customers to contact belong to a co-operative bank who have no link with your company.

It is funny how it has taken over a month to respond on the same e-mail address used to confirm the order within a second when you wanted to take customer's account details. Surely someone is monitoring the website.

I write once again that you should refund total of £147.36 debited from my account.

I write further to the below ordered product. I have sent several e-mails to your office, requesting for acknowledgement response all to no avail.

On the 12 November, a letter was sent to you with the products sent to me, I requested for refund on the product (£7.46) and advised that I do not wish to continue with the order. The products was delivered to your office on the 13th November by recorded delivery, proof is available on request.

You fraudulently debittted my account on the 21st November (£139.90) despite the fact that you did not dispatch any products to me. You have debitted my account with a total of £147.36, to which I am still expecting refund.

You have been given enough grace to refund the monies, you are fast to debit my account but albeit intentionally to refund, I am giving you until the end of this week to return all monies.

I write further to my last week letter and the products sent back to you. I have enclosed the products sent to me untouched due to the fact that I am currently on Orlistat.

All efforts made to contact you on the contact number provided on your website proved abortive. You have debited my account, I would appreciate it if you can send my refund back as soon as possible.

I also request to stop any future transaction with your company. Please note that my letter of 12th November was posted by recorded delivery and I was able to track it, it has been delivered.

I await my refund.
