Landscaper was paid in full for all work performed. Although no contract exists that requires such payment, landscaper decided that he wishes to be paid for the entire month that his services were terminated. There was no agreement to such payment. The landscaper decided on his own that he wanted to be paid for work that he did not do and he is trying to use extortion tactics to collect money that he is not entitled to.in addition, gerardo antoniello is obnoxious and very rude and nasty to deal with. This guy is just a crook.
