Thought we booked a reservation through Holiday Inn Express. Canceled the reservation one hour later and received a confirmation email from HotelsOne.com. Three days later our checking account was charged for the room. Called Holiday Inn Express and was told they had no record of us at all and that we needed to contact Hotelsone. Called them and was told to call the hotel. Spoke with supervisor Charlie Garcias who told us that when a hotel reservation is cancelled that Hotelsone keeps the money??? Asked to speak to his supervisor and he said he was the God of Hotelsone and signed all the paychecks and there was no one else to talk to. This company is a division of Expedia. I don't know why any reputable company would do business with them.
