He bought the shoes from me through paypal. But after he received the shoes, he made excuses and fake pictures by saying the shoes have many problems to request refund from me. He threatens me that if i don't issue the refund, he is going to open the case and get my paypal account locked. So I issued the refund to him and he didn't ship the shoes back to me. And he stops picking up my calls and replying my messages.
