Added another line to my contract, did not sign anything, in nov stepson number (Personal Information Removed). Tried to take off, they tell me 200.00 dollars or not till contract is up in nov. Crazy, pls help me, very frustraded with these people. My stepson wants his own ph., with his own plan, not with them of cource. Also my wife allison south bought a ph from them last yr. And we have already sent it back 3 times, its a lemmon, they will not let her get another one until contract is up or we have to pay full price, she has same problem still, i just dont udderstand them pls help me asap.
