We just received a call from a "Tom Jones" at "IT Solutions" claiming they were our toner supplier and were sending out $100 gift cards to show customer appreciation. However, we had been scammed before so I kept try to see if he knew what printer they serviced and he clearly couldn't tell me. Then when I told him, "I'm pretty sure we use [Supply Company]" he immediately hung up.
I'm guessing this company and "Supply Processing Center" are the same telemarketing scammers as they seem to pull the same exact sort of stunts. The best thing to do is make sure all admin staff know what printer/copier supplier your office uses so that they can prevent anyone from ordering supplies by mistake.
