A few weeks ago williamson county sheriffs office conducted a raid at my apartment community, arresting 3 men and charging them with criminal activity related to drugs. A few days after they were released they were back in the apartment with the same suspicious activity apparent to neighbors.
There are also 5 pages of criminal activity logged in by the same sheriffs office consisting of rape, assault and robbery for my apartment community.
When i asked to be let out of my lease for fear of personal safety, i was quoted the part of my contract that states my personal safety is not garranteed.
When confronting the manager about these problems, her usual response is that she did not know what was going on.
I have spoken with many of my neighbors who confirm these same problems including one who is going to sue for for not being let out of the contract.
