I think it is ridiculous that I have to pay $10 more for purchasing an item online instead of in the store. The store is giving 30% off, but customer service online won't match it. But it is the same company. Have to buy it online because the stores don't have the needed size. Can't even use a coupon online. What a terrible policy.
