I purchased their combo package for $79.99 with paypal being the third party in getting the money to them. I was able to log into the program for one day. After that i could not gain access to the wholesalers, drop-shipers and manufactory info anymore, they would send me a message stating that iam temporarily supended from entering the site. I file a complaint with paypal, paypal persued it but were unable to get my refund back because it was a product that only needed my ID name and password to enter and not a physical download. Spay pal told me to continue to work it out with them, which i did but i did not get any success with them. Then finally a lady from that contacted me telling me they had no proof of me registering their product. I sent them proof. She contacted again on the 28 apologizing to me concerning the inconvenience they put me thur, she told everything has been fix that i could now login into the product. Here's a copy of that letter she sent me.

According to their policy any customer were allow to get their money refund to them.
Here's a copy of their policy'It states
If a member has signed up to our subscription based services and has not been able to login, then a complete refund can be issued to the member.in all other circumstances, refunds will be given at the sole discretion of the Wholesale Deals management. So i sent them this copy of their policy reminding them of this because another fellow wrote me telling me i can cancel out but i can't get a refund.
