We have a charge on or credit card for 197.00 from GTS DeadseaDirect.net we are not familiar with this company and did not order any products. Contacted Credit card company and they declined to assist as said we have to contact the company. Contacted the company via e-mail and no response. More than 60 days have passed so credit card copany will not refund. Unable to get the refund any suggestions?
