I ordered free samples. The first order came in and it was $4.00 for shipping. Then the second order came weeks later and I was charged $79.87, this should have be another $4.00. The company is stealing from people's credit cards. Once the second order came in I immediately cancelled my credit card thinking that they may continue to send me product and charge it to my credit card. It's a shame that this company is ruining their reputation because I really like the face cream. Their product appears to be of good quality but the sales etiquette to be dubious.
