I purchased on 1/20 what it was supposed to be a trial product offer for $19.95. My credit card was charged $99.00 After I saw that, I immediately called the company and cancel the order. I called their customer support and they said that they will refund my money in 5 to 7 business days. Well, it has been 8 days and still no refund. I have contacted customer support 4 times, e-mail the company 4 times, and all they tell is the "you will get your refund soon". When they trick me with the $99.00 charge my bank account went to over draft and more charges were incurred. All I want is for my money to be refunded, but that is not happening!!!
