I placed an on-line order. Primary reason was for sale priced Fontanini Resin Stable # 50621.in order to qualify for additional discounts by padding the order, I purchased 3 additional items. Paid $108.80 via PAYPAL. Profile includes address, phone number and email address. About 1 month later, the shipment arrived. Unfortunately, the Stable had not been shipped.invoice generated by House of Fontanini listed my correct email address but did not print out my phone number from PAYPAL. They claimed that, because they did not have a phone #, they could not contact me. They claimed that all contact must be by phone. They did not send an email requesting me to call them. They unilaterally made a decision to ship everything except the most important item. They did not give me an opportunity to provide my preferences. They charged, and I paid $59.97 for the stable but they only refunded $47.38. They did offer to waive re-stocking fee but would charge me shipping both ways if I returned order. Beware of bad customer service and unethical business practices when dealing with house of fontanini.
