I placed an order, recd email that it shipped 12/22 w/no tracking #, cannot locate store or phone # with ATT

I ordered Mary & Joseph by Willow Tree in the amount of $58.88;recd email that the order shipped 12/22 by UPS but offered no tracking #, called info. Today cannot locate the store in the city or no record of phone # by ATT. If you call the # you get a fax sounding machine.
