I was sent a catlog from this co.
Preapproving me of 50.00 in merchase
i order four pair of pajama's value
at 46.00 then was ask if i wanted
a membership at 9.95 if im not mistaken
plus shipping and handling which came up
to 73.00 and some change. I called the
company on jan 28 they stated
i was sent a letter saying i had to
pay 24.00 they believe before i could
get me package i ask why didn't some
one tell me that the young lady stated
my package will be mailed out in 7 days
i drop some other stuff i wanted to
order because they said they do credit
checks i told her no i don't want it
because i don't want to get in debt
so she ask me if i still wanted the
pajamas i said yet sense i was approved
so here i recieved a ;etter saying they
ran a credit check i called back and
ask why did they lye to me the women
told me they didn't but they ran it
through equifac they said on the paper
they did and investigation i kept telling
her who gave them permission and she
kepst dening it and told me she wasnt
gonna argue with me because i said i
was going to sue she told m to do what
i was i have proof the ran my credit
without permiszion i also have the
catlog paper showing i was already
approve for 50,00 so why would i let
them run a credit check when i drop
others item because i din't want to
get in debt i place that amount in box
because it wouldn't let me state my case
