I have had three charges against my debit card for $24.95 each— 11/26, 12/26 and 1/25. I researched it on-line and found that hundreds of people have the same complaint. I had no idea what these charges were for. There are at least a dozen different phone numbers on-line for customer support (strange!). I finally reached someone today, who said she would initiate the paperwork to see if I "qualify to be determined as eligible for a refund." Are they kidding!? I do qualify by virtue of being a retired senior citizen with very limited funds, who never agreed to whatever this is. The representative told me it was done by phone when I ordered something else. She could not tell me what either was. Supposedly, it is to take 7-10 business days for me to get the paperwork to judge my eligibility. This is outrageous and I have no intention of giving up on this. Something should be done about their unethical practices.
