Long story short Ferrell Gas set up my propane tank, first time they came out they told me there was a leak, and instead of fixing the leak they cut my permanent line and put in a temporary line. I found the leak and fixed it myself and told them I found the leak blocked it off and they needed to come fix my permanent pipe that they cut for no readon (other than they were to lazy to find the leak). So when they came to fill my 200gal tank I asked when they were gonna fix my line and the gas man said he'd relay the message. I then again called asking when they could come fix my permanent line, and they said they'd call me back, STILL Hasn't Got FIXED!!! And then magically my 200gal tank is empty after about a month of having it, so I call to have it filled up half way and told them I think there must be a leak because my propane should not have ran out that quick! It took them 4days to come fill up my tank and even tho I specifically asked them to call before they came out they NEVER called!!! Now after 1 day my tank is from 50% to 40% and it hasn't even been turned back on yet!!! My house is freezing and it's supposed to freeze tonight so I'm sure my pipes will freeze once again because of Ferrell gas!!! They have no problem taking my money but god forbid they come do their job!!! Seriously not a happy customer!!! Fuck Ferrell Gas!!!
