I am very unhappy with living social. My husband bought a 90 minute massage for the both of us as a well to distress. After losing a child in 11 I have not been myself and he got the living social deal as a one year distress gift. He got the deal in September and tried calling Light Spectrum Therapeutics in October but he got no reply. This continued for two more months with the company not returning our calls. He has since left to study abroad for the spring semester so I tried calling but to no avail. I decided to contact living social to get a resolution and they took 72 hours to call the company and tell me everything is fine and I just need to call again. Well I tried again and NO reply. What a waste of my time and money. Don’t use living social if you don’t know the company selling the coupon because they will do nothing to help you.
