I ordered a 7pc clip in set from them and they sent me a 9pc set. After sending them emails and trying the live chat someone finally got back to me. I asked if they would cover the postage for me to send it back as it was their mistake and not mine, they refused and I had to put out $45 because the company's location is in China, and they wanted a tracking number on the package. I ended up asking for a refund since I was sending the item back anyway and they would have to restock it regardless, but they told me if it was a refund they'd charge a 30% restocking fee. So I told them never mind, I'll just do the exchange and they replied by asking me for the details of my order. I feel like I'm talking to a robot and getting no where with this. Frustrated and wasted money. I'm not even excited for the extensions anymore. Very bad experience for first time extension buyer.
