I was charged for a service which I never signed-up for. When I tried to contact the company, they placed me on hold. Then cut me off. I even have a text history from the company stating that I was not signed up for any of their services and would not be charged. How could this happen. When I contacted TMobile, there was nothing they could do. I know it is only $20.00 for 2 months, however times how many others, this could be millions of dollars. What a scam.
