My son was taken advantage of, simply because he is really inexperienced and "hispanic".
The dealer was supposed to do the 30,000 miles service on this vehicle before they "certified" it as being a flawless vehicle,
One under manufacturer's warranty and one that they were able to sell a $2000.00 extended warranty service contract on.
It turned out to be that whoever traded the vehicle in, did not give it proper maintenance, and when faced with all the repairs needed,
I'm sure he was persuaded into traiding it in for a new vehicle... And almost as soon as it was traded, it was offered to my son for an uncanny sum of money plus his trade in.
Well, the transmission was burnt out according to them, something my son had done to it by driving it for 12,000 miles?
And the rear driver-side rotor was missing, something he also did in a matter of 8 months, because he roughed up the vehicle...
They wanted him to pay $1,500.00 to cosmeticly hide all these rip off problems they sold to us; we trusted a car dealer that claims to be number one five star dealer by public demand... What a joke!!!
