Rip-off! Do not use! Warning! Site does not work and then they charge your account $79.95!

The website tells you that they will charge you $1.00 per month for online music but they charged me $79.95. The website does not allow you to access the free music that it promises, nor do any of the software links work.

I first noticed the transaction when it showed up as pending in my account. I immediately contacted them and was assured that my so called subscribtion would be cancelled and that no funds would be deducted.

I checked my account 2 days later and noticed the money had been taken out of my account. I called back and spoke to the same guy as the first time. He apologized and seemed very nice. He assured me that he would have the money back to me within 10-14 business days.

It is a month later and still nothing, so I called them back again. I was told that there must have been some problems and that I should send an email to [email protected] and make it attention to the supervisor (however no name was given).

I sent the email just a day ago, and this is the response I received...

We have cancelled your account with New Healthy Savings to ensure you are not charged again. For all questions regarding membership and services, please reply to this email.

As you can see there are no names and no phone numbers. Like I stated before when you sign up on the website it states that they will charge you $1 per month, which is probably why I forgot all about it (which is my fault)... So where this $79.95 is coming from I have no idea.

Apparently this company is overseas in a country named Cyprus... Go figure. I have contacted my bank to let them know "NO" further payments are to be made to this company as I have read others that say they continue to charge the $79.95 per month.

If for some strange reason they decide to act like human beings and refund my money as promised, I will make an update. If they do not though, I will start finding a way to shut them down.

Please be advised this is fraud!
