I registered for "free music downloads" that were supposed to cost $1 per month. I noticed a few months later that I was being charged $59.95/month from New Healthy Savings. I then found this website and how everyone else is having trouble getting money back.
I have called their number 3 times and emailed the "supervisor" twice in the past day and have only been told that I agreed to these "terms and conditions" when I signed up and that I cannot get a refund. I never agreed to these terms. When I asked them to provide me with the "terms" again, they told me that I would have to re-register with the site. They also told me that they emailed them to me and I must have missed it. This is all untrue.
I recommend that everyone here continues to call this company daily @ (646) 495-8107 and to email the address: [email protected]. Their story to me changed 5 times within one conversation and finally the one guy passed the phone off to another because he got sick of me. They are unable to even tell me where they are located.
Everyone please continue to persist. I am not giving up until I receive a FULL refund.
