On November 29 I ordered 2 2 Pack - Hotel Life Deluxe Alternative White Goose Down Pillows. These took 3 plus weeks to get here in the first place... I then had the holidays and such and did not look at them very closely. Anyways when I did look at them I find out that the pillows are 100% POLYSTER. I was unaware that ALTERNATIVE goose down as Polyster. This I will not pay 13.50 for a simple small cheap pillow. Goose down, of course. Anyways I have tired on 3 occassions with their online submit request and 2 emails to get a refund on these as I consider it deceptive practices. Anyways, I have not heard a single word... Next I guess is to challenge the credit card for fraud and go from there... Do not buy from nomorerack... This company only cares about getting your money and not taking care of their advertisements.
