Thought i was filing for Trademark through directlegal.com and paid by discover card. I needed to follow up with logo art and was unable to get any response by phone or email for more than a month. I googled "fraud" and "directlegal.com" and saw many pages of returns from various websites. At hundreds of dollars a victim this guy is making off with thousands daily. I have contacted the FBI.
