Hired Frances Builders from Midland, MI to install a new door on a home I own in Bay City, MI. Owner said he was too busy, but would send one of his workers. He had started the job Dec. 24, and still not finished. Would not answer calls, talked to owner's son twice. Second time I called, denied hearing of the complaint before. Have to have someone else come in and finish it, by starting from scratch. Owner and son finally came out last week, took a picture and said it was a done job.
