Microsoft said I needed to operating systems[old computer] recomened Activeris. They worked 4or 5 hours and did what the said they would[ I think]. While they were doing this they changed my E-MAIL ADD. Got that fixed. Now Microsoft tells me that they changed my reg. Key so now I can not run[application not found] any downloads. Can not slave my pc over to them because the downloader will not run. They are not helping.
