I took my 2013 jeep wagler i because the check engine light was on. They said the sixth cylander was out because of a defective head and it would take a week to fix. I need my vehicle for work and told them i couoln't afford the time. After checking with local mechainics i learned it should be one day job. They said because of chryslers warrenty proceedure the time frame increased. I leased a vehicle so I could work the week. As of friday jan. 25 the part had not arrived at the shop. After I voiced my sincer displeasue they called back and said the part should be in jan. 28 but could not guarentee whe it would be finished. I paid thirty thousand dollars for the jeep and no one seems a bit concerned about the customer. This repair was not my fault but the companys and no one seems the slightest concern about the difficulty it has put me through.
