RE: Premiere One Mastercard, Idaho Falls, ID - terrible credit card experience - pay as you go card
On July I received a call from a Customer Service Representative for Premiere One, 510 E. 17th St., Ste. 167, Idaho Falls, ID 83404, (1-866-892-6017) and he offered me a Master Card with a $2500 limit, no fee, and 0% interest. I asked how could they offer a MC with no interest and he said that for a one time fee of $174.90 that I would get the card and that was how Premiere was able to offer this card.
The Customer Service Representative for Premiere One told me that I need to send in 49.00 to activate the card, prior to using it but I never received a MC. Four weeks later I received a package with material on other companies products, which I was not interested in August. I called Premiere One and asked why received this package and not my MC Card, I just wanted to obtain the MC Card (only) and I was not interested in this other stuff!
I have called Premier One, 6 or more times for a "supposed credit card" and I was told I would receive my card in the mail since July. Every time I would asked for a refund. Every, Customer Service Representative for Premiere One would continue to tell me I should be receiving my card in 2 weeks, 3 weeks and this last time 4 weeks. I have not received the credit which had been promised to me by November 23. Now, when I call Premier One's, 1-866-892-6017, since Nov. 24th to obtain a refund from this fraudulent company the line stays busy! I have been calling Premier One's, 1-866-892-6017 and the line has been busy from 9am through 3pm Eastern Time!
I would like every penny of my money from this company returned. I would like to filed complaints with the fraud people with the government. I truly feel that Premiere One, 510 E. 17th St., Ste. 167, Idaho Falls, ID 83404 should be sued in Class Action Suit for similar acts towards others!
